Better buses coming to your 65 service
Affected services: 65
From Sunday 29th October 2017, we'll be making a number of improvements to your 65 service between Buxtona and Sheffield. The service will be branded as Peaks and Dales from this date and will be wholly operated by High Peak Buses.
We've invested in two, modern and recently refurbished Optare Versas for the service. The buses are built in Britain and feature low emission engines, to ensure travelling with High Peak Buses is as clean as can be.
As well as newer buses, we're installing free wifi on our 65 service. Connect to the free wifi and stay up to date with work emails or catch up with social media. Our easy to use wifi is quick to login and loads superfast- so save your data and relax.
We're operating all journeys on the 65 service to a revised timetable. Buses will have extra time in the busiest parts of the day to complete their journeys, meaning we can deliver a more reliable service. The new timetable also provides a later weekday return journey from Buxton and an earlier journey in to Sheffield. You can find out more and see the new timetable here.
